Drive Vibration Exciter

Two vibration exciters should each be driven by a power amplifier with a constant current in the range of 10 Hz to 500 Hz. The phase shift between the output voltage and output current must not exceed +/- 2° and the amplifiers should have almost identical amplitude frequency response.

This application note shows how this can be achieved with Hubert 4-quadrant current amplifiers.
