Support Requests

Sometimes FAQ's are just not enough. In those cases our engineers will analyse your issue to support you. You can provide all required information using these three steps:

  • Step 1: Save this editable PDF file on your computer.
  • Step 2: Take your time and fill out the entire form using e.g. Adobe Acrobat Reader or Microsoft Edge. Incomplete forms significantly slow down the processing of your request.
  • Step 3: Send the PDF form to service@drhubert.de

When the analysis is conducted we will approach you soon.

RMA

The service team will notify you if your device needs be sent to us. In those cases you will also immediately receive an RMA number.

  • The heavier products (>10 kg) have to be shipped on a pallet. Transportation damages are not covered.
  • Always send the RMA number along with the product. Without an RMA number your request cannot be fulfilled.
  • Make sure your package will arrive undamaged. Always expect a very bad package handling during transportation. Using the original packaging helps securing your package.
  • We recommend using transportation insurance.
  • Warranty is void if the device was opened.

After we received your package the product will be diagnosed and we will provide you with a quote.
